Privacy Policy
Draft last updated: 27. 7. 2026.
1. Who we are
FaucetFlow ("we," "us") is an informational and organizational tool for browsing crypto faucets. We do not custody funds, process payments, or provide financial advice. Contact: admin@faucetflow.app.
2. What we collect
- Account data (only if you register): your email address, a securely hashed password (we never store or see your actual password), and any wallet addresses you choose to save for your own reference.
- Newsletter signup: your email address and the timestamp you gave consent, if you subscribe. Stored by us, and shared with Brevo (see Section 4) to actually sendemails.
- Anonymous session identifier: when you use the faucet rotator, a randomly generated ID is stored in your browser's session storage (cleared when you close the tab) to remember which faucets you've skipped or claimed during that session. It contains no personal information and isn't linked to your identity unless you're logged in.
- Authentication cookie: if you log in, an HttpOnly session cookie is set to keep you signed in. It isn't readable by page scripts and isn't used for tracking or advertising.
We do not currently use any third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
3. Why we collect it
Account data lets you save preferences across visits. Newsletter data is used solely to send you the updates you opted in to receive. The anonymous session ID lets the faucet rotator avoid repeatedly showing you faucets you've already skipped or claimed, within that browser session.
4. Third parties
Brevo (email service provider): if you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address and consent timestamp are shared with Brevo to deliver emails and manage unsubscribes. We have a Data Processing Agreement in place with Brevo, incorporated into their Terms and Conditions, governing their processing of your data on our behalf under Article 28 GDPR. Brevo's own privacy practices apply to how they handle this data — see their privacy policy.
We do not sell personal data to anyone.
5. How long we keep it
Account data is kept until you delete your account (request deletion by emailing admin@faucetflow.app; requests are processed within 30 days). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. For contacts in Canada, consent under CASL is treated as expiring after 2 years without re-confirmation. Session identifiers live only in your browser and are cleared automatically when the tab closes.
6. Your rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any email we send (this is handled automatically by our email provider once configured). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your data — contact us at admin@faucetflow.app to make a request.
7. Changes to this policy
We'll update the date at the top of this page if this policy changes materially.
