1. Who we are

FaucetFlow ("we," "us," "the site") operates faucetflow.app, an informational and organizational tool for browsing crypto faucets. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. Contact: admin@faucetflow.app.

2. What FaucetFlow is — and isn't

FaucetFlow is a directory and organizational tool. We list, filter, and help you keep track of third-party crypto faucets. We do not operate any faucet ourselves, do not custody or handle your funds at any point, and do not process payments. Estimated payout values shown on the site are approximate, based on community-reported averages, and are not guaranteed. FaucetFlow is not a financial service and nothing on this site is financial advice.

3. Third-party faucets and referral links

Every "Open Faucet" link on this site takes you to a third-party website that we do not own, operate, or control. We do our best to verify faucets are real and currently working (see the "Verified" badges on faucet listings), but we cannot guarantee any third-party faucet's uptime, payout amount, payment speed, or legitimacy, and we are not responsible for anything that happens on a third-party site once you leave FaucetFlow.

Some faucet links on this site are referral links, meaning FaucetFlow may receive a commission or referral bonus if you use them, at no extra cost to you. This doesn't change what the faucet pays out to you, and doesn't affect which faucets we list or how we sort or verify them.

4. Accounts

Creating an account is optional — the faucet directory itself doesn't require one. If you do register, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. We may suspend or ban an account (see Section 6) for abuse of the site, including but not limited to attempting to bypass rate limits, scraping the site at scale, or using the account to interfere with other users.

5. Newsletter

Subscribing to the newsletter is opt-in and requires checking an explicit consent checkbox — we don't add anyone automatically. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or permanently ban an account that violates these terms, without prior notice, at our discretion. You can stop using the site at any time; to delete your account entirely, email admin@faucetflow.app (see the Privacy Policy for how account deletion is handled).

7. No warranty, limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listed faucet will pay out as estimated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaucetFlow is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or any third-party faucet you access through it — including lost time, lost expected earnings, or issues with a third-party faucet itself.

8. Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page if these terms change materially. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia. If you are accessing the Service as a consumer from within the European Union, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
